Insurance: The paperwork on the 21-22 insurance policies has been issued here. If you and/or your lender need a certificate of insurance for your unit please email board member Tim Pickett, he will connect you with our insurance agent to get the proper forms to your lenders.
ATTENTION 10/24/19: The Board has adopted a new policy addressing flood events at Pacific Sands. The Board requests that all owners read the policy, fill out the attached Plan of Action and return by Friday November 8, 2019. If we do not have a Plan of Action from you by November 8, 2019 we will contract these services for you and you will be responsible for all fees/charges incurred on your behalf. You can return the form by email to either athena_zeek@me.com or pacificsandsoregon@gmail.com, or you may mail to Pacific Sands, PO Box 356, Neskowin, OR 97149. You may change your form at any time. Please submit new information to Athena or Armand.
